This “dessert cocktail hour” offers an exclusive preview of our 2024 Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout Varietals as well as delectable desserts that were each created to pair specifically with one of this year’s offerings.
$45 per person ticket includes:
– 4oz tasters of our 2024 Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout (all three 2024 varietals)
– Dessert Parings from local bakeries/pastry chef’s
– Limited edition Igor’s Dream tasting glass

Each baker/pastry chef was asked to pair a dessert with a specific varietal of Igor’s Dream.
– White Chocolate Custard with roasted peach, cherry and candied almonds (paired with our Brandy Barrel Aged Varietal)
– Pear Cobble with salted caramel & rosemary juniper crème anglaise (paired with our Old Tom Gin Barrel Aged Varietal)

Mini Dark Chocolate Cake Bite with brandied chestnut filling, dark chocolate ganache and a salted whipped toasted meringue
Hardcore Sweets | Paired with our Old Tom Gin Barrel Aged Varietal
