We’re taking flight once again and celebrating the 12th Year of Igor’s Dream!
Join us on Saturday February 3rd for our 12th annual Igor’s Dream Beer Release Party! Every year Two Roads honors Igor Sikorsky and his dream to take The Road Less Traveled. This year we are celebrating the day with displays from the Sikorsky Historical Society and CT Air and Space Center. Live musical performed by the Springlight Jazz Quartet, VR Flight Simulator Experience and limited-edition Igor’s Dream Merch provided by My Print Shop Live.
Two Roads Tasting Room will be 21+ on this day. Area Two will remain family friendly.
We work closely with the Sikorsky Historical Archives yearly to create our labels and honor Igor Sikorsky. Make sure to stop by their table to learn about Igor and his dream of creating the helicopter. 10% of draft sales will be donated to the Sikorsky Historical Archives!

🍺 Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout aged in Rye & Bourbon Barrels | $20/bottle
This year’s vintage packs the same huge character that you’ve come to expect: A massive body and mouthfeel followed by a profoundly rich, dark chocolate and roasted malt notes punctuated by notes of whiskey and oak.
🍺 Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout aged in Brandy Barrels | $25/bottle
Aged in California Brandy Barrels, Igor’s huge roasted malt character meets a moderating force in the way of a subtle sweetness along with a hint of grapes and oak character.
🍺 Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout aged in Old Tom Gin Barrels | $25/bottle
Igor’s Dream aged in the very same barrels that we used to create our own Barrel Aged Gin! The result is unique to Two Roads; a huge, Imperial Stout peppered with an array of botanicals, including juniper, coriander and a variety of roots and citrus fruits.
