Stratford, CT – Two Roads Brewing Company has proudly paired up with Hummel Bros. to release a Beer Bratwurst made with No Limits Hefeweizen, now available in stores throughout Connecticut. The new brat combines pork and beef with Two Roads No Limits Hefeweizen, Two Roads version of a classic Bavarian wheat brew.
The new Two Roads Beer Brats is sure to be a favorite for those who love a spice forward brat without the heat. No Limits is brewed with rye and spelt with a wonderful clove and fruit aroma followed by a dry finish complimenting the bratwurst’s natural flavors.
Hummel Bros. have been a renowned manufacturer of quality hotdogs in New Haven for nearly 90 years. In addition to their hotdogs, they also make excellent bratwurst, knockwurst, kielbasa, and several other quality meat products.
“The response to the new Two Roads Beer Bratwurst has been incredible so far,” said Collin Kennedy, Marketing Director at Two Roads. “The flavors are so complementary to one another, they’re truly delicious. It’s been so exciting to work with Hummel to create these Brats, we’re excited that they are available in time for this season’s big sporting events. This is truly the prize dish for every barbeque, tailgate, or hangout with friends where you want to serve something new and delicious.”
Two Roads and Hummel Bros. are both innovators that have shaped their industries, seeing a need for craft products, catering to the generation of consumers who are excited about supporting local quality businesses. It was only natural that the two brands partnered on this Bratwurst as traditionally speaking, there is no better combination.
