The second creation in our “Captured Yeast” series, our brewers continue in wander roads less traveled to create beers that are one-of-a-kind and hyper local.
Two Roads, along with some beer loving biology professors at a local university, captured yeast for an experimental barley patch growing on the Two Roads grounds.
We then countrified our beer with a little barrel-aging in matured oak barrels for a totally unique and funky beer experience.
