Our Road Less Traveled Cherry Quad is an Abbey-style “quadruple” ale and provides classic Quad attributes of dark rum, figs, toffee, cocoa and spices augmented by a subtle but evident dark cherry character. There are notes of hard candy as well as a spiciness from the use of an authentic Trappist yeasts.
