While in Italy our Master Brewer, Phil Markowski, discovered an exquisite 14-year-old balsamic vinegar in Modena, a region renowned for the world’s finest. That trip inspired this Belgian Flanders-Style Red, solera-aged in French red wine foudres with a touch of Modena balsamic. It’s an elegant combination of two of the Old World’s best traditions.
