Join us on Thursday, October 17th, for a gourd-geous four-course dinner, perfectly paired with our hauntingly delicious Roadsmary’s series.
FIRST COURSE | Pumpkin Risotto
pumpkin, cauliflower, sage, delicata squash & toasted pumpkin seeds
paired with Roadsmary’s Baby, a scary-good pumpkin ale to start your night off!
SECOND COURSE | Fall Porchetta
apricot, sausage and spinach stuffing, maple pecan jus, purple & orange sweet potato, braised shallots
paired with Roadsmary’s Spawn, the perfect potion with notes of maple and pecan to accompany your second course
THIRD COURSE | Braised Short Rib
Espressway Stout & Roadsmary’s Baby Ale braised short ribs, pumpkin rosemary spaetzle, roasted fall root vegetables, seared trumpet royale mushroom, caraway and horseradish
paired with Roadsmary’s Baby 2 Hell and Back, a wickedly smooth double barrel-aged pumpkin ale delight for your third course
FOURTH COURSE | Pumpkin Tiramisu
Shearwater Espressway blend coffee-soaked ladyfingers, pumpkin spice Mascarpone creme, cocoa nibs
