This “dessert cocktail hour” offers an exclusive preview of our 2026 Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout varietals – including our 2026 Igor’s Dream Whiskey, alongside a vintage offering. Each pour is paired with one of four delectable desserts, each crafted to pair specifically with one of our Igor’s offerings.
$45 per person ticket includes:
4oz tasters of each 2026 Igor’s Dream beers, 2 oz neat pour of our 2026 Igor’s Whiskey and a 4oz taster pour of our 2022 Vintage Igor’s Dream

- 2026 Igor’s Dream Whiskey paired with a Butterscotch & Banana White Chocolate Pot de Crème w. Macadamia & Banana Chip Crumble

- 2026 Chocolate Pistachio Igor’s Dream paired with Toasted Pistachio Opera Cake – A French dessert consisting of layers of almond and pistachio sponge cake, soaked in coffee and stout syrup and filled with coffee buttercream and chocolate ganache.

- 2022 Igor’s Dream paired with choice of a Chocolate Mousse shooter topped with a mini chocolate and burnt sugar cherry chip cookie or Cacao Chocolate Cupcake with a whipped molasses cream, Chocolate frosting topped with a dipped chocolate covered cherry dusted in a spicy Tajin.
