This intimate, guided experience features a four-course menu, each dish crafted to highlight the balance, precision, and depth that define Japanese culinary tradition while embracing the creativity and boldness you’ve come to expect from Two Roads.
The evening will be paired with five distinctive beverages, curated to enhance and contrast the flavors on the plate. Expect a dynamic progression throughout the evening with delicate and umami-rich beginnings, layered textures and unexpected notes, and finishes that linger in all the right ways. These pairings go beyond the familiar, exploring a spectrum of profiles that are as adventurous as they are intentional.
The evening will also allow guests to be the very first to experience our Big In Japan! Japanese Rice Lager Brewed With Matcha, a crisp, refined, and highly drinkable beer brewed exclusively for our campus. This debut pour captures the spirit of the evening; subtle, balanced, and quietly complex.
Throughout the night, courses will be introduced with insight into the inspiration behind each pairing, creating a shared experience that is as engaging as it is delicious.
