Renowned for their Belgian ales, good friends Phil Markowski and Yvan De Baets teamed up to make a Belgian Double Grisette. This beer has been made a with malted wheat base and generous hopping including mosaic for added brightness. This beer has been brewed with two yeast strains: a classic Belgian saison yeast and a wild yeast captured from our Hop Yard.
