We’re taking flight once again and celebrating the 13th Year of Igor’s Dream!
Join us on Saturday February 1st for our 13th annual Igor’s Dream Beer Release Party! Every year Two Roads honors Igor Sikorsky and his dream to take The Road Less Traveled. To celebrate 13 years of honoring Stratford’s aviation pioneer, Igor I. Sikorsky, Two Roads’ 2025 version of Igor’s Dream pays tribute to Igor’s arrival in New York in March of 1919. Fueled by his American Dream, he listed the reason for his immigration to the United States as “to construct large aircraft,” unaware of what was to come. This year we are celebrating the day with displays from the Sikorsky Historical Society and live musical performed by the Springlight Jazz Quartet. Free to Attend!

We work closely with the Sikorsky Historical Archives yearly to create our labels and honor Igor Sikorsky. Make sure to stop by their table to learn about Igor and his dream of creating the helicopter. 10% of draft sales will be donated to the Sikorsky Historical Archives Museum!

This “13th Flight” of Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout is aged in bourbon and rye whiskey barrels and then blended with 2023 & 2024 vintages of Igor’s Dream. The result is a complex and full-bodied masterpiece.
Igor’s Dream Black Forest Imperial Stout aged in Rum Barrels with Natural Flavors Added | $25/bottle
This “13th Flight” of Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout is aged in rum barrels and features notes of dark cocoa, coffee, cherry and dark red fruit. The result is a complex and full-bodied masterpiece.
Igor’s Dream Whiskey | $45/bottle
Introducing Igor’s Rarest Flight- Igor’s Dream Whiskey. Distilled from multiple vintages of Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout, this small batch whiskey was then aged in the same barrels used to age those very stouts. The result is a whiskey with an exceptional depth of character and rich dark chocolate notes.
