Our Spring Harvest Pairing Dinner celebrates the year’s first bounty — the bright, fresh flavors that signal winter is over. This special multi-course menu is built around the first harvest of spring, when select ingredients from local farms are at their most vibrant and alive.
Each course is paired with carefully selected beverages, from a local wine and fresh cocktail to our handcrafted beers and spirits, designed to complement the freshness of the season — crisp, aromatic, and perfectly balanced.
