Spring is here – which for us usually means warm weather and drinks outside! So, naturally, to help celebrate the changing of the seasons, we asked Dave Blomberg over at CT Cocktail Car to help us create the perfect springtime cocktail that just screams refreshment.
This week we give to you The Sauvvy Sangria! Pronounced as “savvy,” this is Dave’s genius take on white sangria using our Tanker Truck Sour Series Sauvignon Blanc Gose!
One ounce of a clear spirit such as rum or gin
A half ounce of peach liqueur
8oz of our Tanker Truck Sour Series: Sauvignon Blanc Gose
Half cup of berries or stone fruit
Optional: Freeze berries or stone fruit ahead of time to kick up the presentation points
Mix all the ingredients and pour over ice or frozen fruit in a glass of your choice. We used a Tanker Truck Sour Series Teku glass available in our tasting room or online store. Cheers a friend and enjoy!
